Please be sure to check our website frequently, including our Calendar of Events page. click here for challenge previews TOURNAMENT CONFLICT FORM If your team has a potential schedule conflict (such as a manager with multiple teams or other extraordinary circumstances), you can submit a conflict request by clicking the link here . As a reminder, conflict requests cannot be guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We do our very best to set up the students for success, but it is possible that we may not be able to meet every submitted request. If we have any struggles with your conflict request, we will reach out to you. THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT YOUR TOURNAMENT CONFLICT REQUEST IS FEBRUARY 7TH. IMPORTANT FOR ALL TEAM MANAGERS Per Destination Imagination mandates for all teams, ALL TEAM MANAGERS AND CO-TEAM MANAGERS MUST have a completed criminal background check in place prior to the Regional Tournament. If your team manager is a teacher/educator, a photo copy of your badge may be submitted to heartoftexasregionaldirector@gmail.com as proof that you have a background check in place. Team Managers in Leander ISD contact Amanda Dickson or Amanda Trimble for more information on obtaining a background check. If your team manager is in Florence ISD, Killeen ISD, Midway ISD, Waco ISD, West ISD, or if your team manager is not in any of the other specified school districts, please contact heartoftexasregionaldirector@gmail.com to obtain your background check. If you are not able to procure a background check through your public school district, your background check will come through an invitation through Sterling Volunteers and costs $15.
